1. Digital Products & Scope of License

Upon payment of the specified purchase price for any digital product on VK Digitals, VK Digitals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital template, spreadsheet, or resource for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Pricing & One-Time Payment Terms

The price for each product is as clearly displayed on its respective checkout page (inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise noted). All purchases are billed as a one-time payment. There are no automatic recurring subscriptions, surprise monthly fees, or hidden renewal charges unless explicitly declared as a subscription product.

3. Digital Delivery Terms

All products are delivered electronically in digital format. Immediately upon confirmation of your payment by our authorized gateway (Razorpay):

• You will be directed to an automated confirmation screen with your private digital access links.
• An automated confirmation receipt with direct duplication instructions will be dispatched to your registered email address and WhatsApp number within moments.
• No physical merchandise or discs will be shipped via postal courier.

4. Strict Non-Refundable Policy

As detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, because our offerings consist of immediately accessible digital intellectual property and source formulas, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted. Please review all live demos and specifications before completing your purchase.

5. System Compatibility Requirements

To utilize our digital templates, you must have access to:

• A free or paid Google Account to access and duplicate Google Sheets templates.
• Alternatively, compatible spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel (2016 or newer / Microsoft 365) to open offline .xlsx files.
• A standard modern web browser on a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All digital products and templates are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every formula and layout is thoroughly developed and tested:

• The templates, calculators, and guides are intended as organizational and financial planning aids for personal informational purposes.
• They do not constitute certified legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for your own contracts, third-party vendor agreements, and financial commitments.
• In no event shall VK Digitals be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital templates.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
