1. Digital Delivery Mode & Timeline
We do not ship physical packages, CDs, paper workbooks, or parcels via postal courier. All items are delivered 100% digitally through modern electronic channels:
- Instant On-Screen Confirmation: Immediately after your payment is successfully authorized through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), your browser will automatically redirect to a verified confirmation screen containing your private access links.
- Instant Email Dispatch: An automated confirmation receipt containing your Google Sheets duplication link, Excel download buttons, and bonus files is dispatched to your registered email address within 60 seconds.
- Instant WhatsApp Delivery: Where provided, an automated notification containing your order reference and direct access links is sent to your registered WhatsApp mobile number.
2. Shipping Charges
Since all deliveries are fulfilled electronically over the internet:
- Shipping Fee: ₹0 (Free Electronic Delivery). There are zero shipping, courier, handling, or packaging charges.
- The price displayed at checkout is the complete, final one-time price for full digital access.
3. Delivery Timeline & Service Level (SLA)
Under ordinary circumstances, digital delivery is instantaneous (under 60 seconds). However, due to occasional email server latency, spam filters, or telecom network delays:
- Please allow up to 15 minutes for automated emails to arrive in your primary inbox or promotion/spam folders.
- Ensure you whitelist or search for emails originating from
support@vkdigitals.com.
4. What To Do If Delivery Is Delayed
If you have completed your payment and have not received your digital access links within 15 minutes:
- Check your email Spam / Junk / Promotions folder.
- Ensure the email address and WhatsApp number entered during checkout were spelled correctly.
- Contact our dedicated customer support team with your payment reference or transaction ID:

5. International Orders & Global Delivery
Because our templates and digital products are hosted on global cloud infrastructure (Google Drive & AWS), customers across India and worldwide can purchase and access our digital files seamlessly from anywhere with an active internet connection.
